Alpaca Shows are an important part of an alpaca breeder's diary. Organised and run by BAS members, shows are held at various venues around the country and are becoming increasing popular as alpaca numbers increase. Year on year, the standard of alpacas we are breeding increases and the competition becomes greater.

Shows are not just about winning rosettes, although proof that your breeding programme is achieving a high standard is fantastic. Shows also provide an opportunity for people to meet and exchange news and ideas. We recommend that anyone new to alpacas visits a show or two to see some of the best animals, and their fleeces, in the country.

We have decided not to show our animals during 2010. We will however be showing their fleeces. We are very proud of the quality of our stock and welcome visitors to view them at the farm. Our cria are improving year on year and we love winning Championships. We do plan to resume showing in 2011.
